11.8Bulk query scenario

Example:

SELECT
    Id,
    Name,
    External_Customer_ID__c,
    LastModifiedDate
FROM Account
WHERE LastModifiedDate >= :startDate

If that returns:

3,000 records

ordinary Query may be perfectly fine.

If it returns:

3,000,000 records

Bulk Query becomes much more interesting.
