19.27Ask Product to approve examples
One of the best tricks:
Don't ask:
“Do you approve the requirements?”
Instead give them concrete examples:
Input → Expected Salesforce State
and ask:
“Is this what you expect?”
Business people are much better at spotting:
“No, that's wrong.”
than writing formal requirements from scratch.
