15.61Interview question: “How do you deploy a Mule app?”

Good answer:

“It's normally a Maven-built Mule application artifact. In CI I'd run MUnit and package the application, then use the Mule Maven Plugin or Anypoint tooling to deploy a versioned artifact to CloudHub 2.0 or the organization's target runtime. Environment-specific properties and secrets are injected separately. After deployment I'd verify the application reaches RUNNING and run smoke tests.”

Very solid.
