15.12Deployment status
A successful CloudHub 2.0 deployment eventually reaches:
RUNNING
Before that you may see:
PENDING
DEPLOYING
or a failure state/reason.
Current CloudHub 2.0 docs explicitly describe applications progressing toward RUNNING, with replica state/reason available when they don't.
