Production flow has:

Salesforce Upsert

We don't want it connecting externally.

So:

Mock When

Conceptually:

Meaning:

When production flow reaches Salesforce Upsert, don't call Salesforce. Return this instead.

Mock When identifies the processor and can return a mocked payload or error.
