Maybe simply:
read/stream CSV

Bulk API v2
is enough.
No reason to create elaborate Mule Batch stages if you're merely passing clean data through.
Conversely:
complex validation
multiple transformations
different routing
multiple downstream systems
makes Mule Batch more valuable.
