8.33Timeouts belong in configuration too

Bad:

timeout = 60000

hardcoded in ten connectors.

Better:

salesforce:
  timeoutMs: 10000

billing:
  timeoutMs: 3000

Why?

Different downstream services have different SLAs.

And you may discover in production:

Billing 3 seconds
→ reasonable

Salesforce Bulk operation
→ completely different expectation
